New version of Named Summary

Resolved a final piece of the toolkit with the playtesters recently, so have put up an updated version of the Named Summary.

Main change is to bring together all the alternatives to a consistent approach called Devil’s Bargains that also allows a simple way for player and GM to resolve. The groups have bee debating this for a few months and all agreed with this approach.

The other significant change is the inclusion of more information about how Dark Secrets work. I have been getting a few questions on this, and it is a critical part of play, so wanted to explain further.
